MOCKLER PROJECT

This one of my favorite Timber Creek Post and Bean Inc. projects. The customer really knew what he wanted for style, plan layout, program. We were both on the same page on what he wanted and it came out great. I'll post the as-built photo's soon, still waiting on them.

Goodnough Carriage House

Hi Brian,

Here’s a shot of the finished garage. You designed a really pretty building! I am really enjoying it!

The upstairs is still a 30X40’ ballroom, but the stock market will come back soon. (Hopefully) The roof under the deck has a rubber cfoating so the kid’s boat is protected/stored under there. If you’d ever like to see it, it’s just 1.2 miles from the Mt. Sunapee circle.

I designed this new addition for the Dumais's. The customer finds old timber frame barns and incorporates them into new homes. He found a great old barn and decided to add a wing to their existing home.

LIEBMAN PROJECT

I designed this house for a couple looking for a small and simple plan that would work well for their lifestyle. They came to me with a few ideas about floor plan layout and some thoughts about what they might like the exterior to look like. This was the end result. Please enjoy the movie.

SINATRA PROJECT

I worked with Lyon Brook Builders on this renovation for the Sinatra's second home. We added a new kitchen, master bedroom & bath, reconfigured the entry, and added a 2nd floor deck. We also planned for a future screened porch. Please watch the movie to see the final results.

PIER MARKET STORE

Northeast Store Development redesigned the interior fixture plan for this project. I drafted all the interior fixtures with plumbing and electrical feeds.

W.R.Jct. BUS STATION

This movie was created using SketchUp, and shows a preliminary new front elevation for a bus station. It was designed by Barrett Architecture.

I designed this mountainside vacation home as a spec house at a nearby ski resort.

STROCHLIC RESIDENCE

For this residence, I did all of the architectural drafting for the architect, Frank J. Barrett, Jr. at barrett architecture. The house is in Hanover, N.H.

This is a pool house I designed for Timber Creek Post & Beam, Inc.
It's a two story house with an open-to-above kitchen, dining, & living area.
