My name is Brian Howland and through my business, BTH Design L.L.C., in Lebanon, New Hampshire, I offer a wide range of drafting and design services. I have over 36 years of experience in residential design and AutoCAD drawing. For the past 22 years I’ve worked with several local architects, builders, and individual customers generating as-built drawings for a variety of structures, and also designing and drawing everything from small additions and garages to whole house renovations to new custom residences. NEW LYME HOUSE DESIGNED BY BTH DESIGN LLC

A BUILDER FROM LYME, NH CONTACTED ME TO DESIGN HIS NEW HOUSE.

HE HAD A FEW INTERIOR DESIGN IDEAS AND A GREAT START ON WHAT THE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS SHOULD LOOK LIKE. A FEW REDRAWS AND THIS IS WHAT WILL BE BUILT IN THE SPRING OF NEXT YEAR.

COMMERCIAL BUILDING TO A RESIDENTIAL HOME. DESIGN FOR SCHAAL-GIVENS CONTRACTING

THE CUSTOMER FOUND A COMMERCIAL BUILDING THAT THEY REALLY LIKED THE EXTERIOR LOOK. WE CREATED A PLAN AND SCALED DOWN THE ELEVATIONS TO MAKE IT APPEAR MORE RESIDENTIAL. I THINK IT CAME OUT WELL AND THE CUSTOMER LOVES IT. START DATE NEXT SPRING.

MOCKLER PROJECT

This one of my favorite Timber Creek Post and Bean Inc. projects. The customer really knew what he wanted for style, plan layout, program. We were both on the same page on what he wanted and it came out great. I'll post the as-built photo's soon, still waiting on them.
